Dan has been involved in over 600 transactions valued in excess of $650,000,000, accounting for over 5,000,000 SF of Class A and B office space. In 2018, Dan was inducted into the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. In 2019, Andy was the Top Office Producer and was recognized by the Columbus Board of Realtors for achieving the most co-op deals.
